In March/ April 2009, Judith Kunzlé went on an art and culture tour to China. After a few days in Beijing, she joined a tour of the Visual Arts Alberta (VAAA)and together they visited many fascinating places on the way to Shanghai. The group of 16 were artists and art-interested people, including guide Amy Loewan, artist and art instructor at the University of Alberta, Canada

Several local guides shared their knowledge and insight , were very good company and added much to the understanding of China's complex history and society.

The highlights of this tour were a great mix of culture and nature, of new, old - and very old!

Judith recorded the action and compiled it in a travel log. The China Travel Log pdf are printable 29 pages, and 744MB. Download
